Do remember not to add more oil in preparing the food and eating fried items.
Always keep the body cool and eat only the prescribed foods which is mentioned in the above list and keep the body cool from the sunlight.
Do not eat the wrong foods such as Fried Rice, Chicken, Mutton and other recipes which can tan your skin to black from white.
Do not add oil to the hair instead use hair dryers and hair straighteners.
Do remember to stay alert from the oily foods or from the recipes which is made mostly through the oil.

NOTE:
"Remember as a Strategic War through Infiltration people might be infiltrated and posed to eat the wrong foods and add more oil to the foods which makes them to stay out of "Global Recognition" by getting the skin tanned from white to black. The most important thing to notice is that people eating recipes which has more oil makes the human being to burn out their skin in the sunlight or at the time of being exposed to sunlight very easily and the sweat which causes to settle down in the skin and make the skin black.

In another words, the Strategic Way of saying the people to die or lay down in the graveyard. Always remember to eat only the recipes without oil consumption and to add more drinks such as juices and many others etc.

NOTE: 
"Do not drink any cofee,tea or eat more chocos or chocolates which can tan your skin to black or spoil your teeth. Drink tea or cofee once in a year.
